A leading early years membership organisation, the Pre-school Learning Alliance is recruiting a Data Analyst to join their busy HR Department in Central London.

The role will be responsible for: 
  • Collating, obtain and record HR and payroll related data to enable the fulfillment of pension related obligations and to ensure the HR team has an accurate and up-to-date database.
  • Analysing HR data and producing reports.
  • Advising managers and staff on the Alliance pension policy and to respond to any pension queries.
  • Supporting the HR team with monthly payroll submissions/duties.
  • Assisting with the improvement and development of data systems.
  • Providing support and guidance to and visiting payroll centers across the organisation to ensure compliance with pension regulations.
  • Attend in service training as required.

    The vacancy comes at a particularly exciting time for the charity as it prepares to re-brand as the Early Years Alliance in early 2019 as part of a revised membership strategy.
